Home Energy Assistance Program
The Division of Housing and Community Development’s Low income Home Energy Assistance Program (LiHEAP) provides federal money to non-profit agencies and governments so they can assist low income families with home heating and cooling costs. Contact your local agency providing LiHEAP to request an application and determine your elibility.
