I confirm I will donate a new (unwrapped) toy or a $30 gift card along with a handmade Christmas card and understand I will receive up to 20 volunteer hours.

Please confirm that you will donate a new (unwrapped) toy or gift card along with a HANDMADE Christmas card. Student must present receipt for toys at drop-off to receive hours. Participants will receive volunteer service hours per published list, with a maximum of TWENTY (20) service hours total. Two participants cannot split/share credit for the same donation. Any additional toys can be dropped off to help serve those in need but will not be credited for additional service hours. The maximum volunteer hours for this donation opportunity is 20 hours per student.
